Where do we start?
With an initial meeting to understand your activities and operational priorities. We then select a clearly defined first use case, designed to deliver results quickly.
Does it work with our current tools?
The system integrates with your existing environment: document repositories, email and business applications. Your teams keep their current tools, and integration requirements are validated during the scoping phase.
Do our confidential documents leave the company?
You decide where they are processed: private cloud, dedicated servers or on-premises infrastructure. They are never transmitted to a service you have not approved, and are used exclusively for your project.
How is the reliability of the answers ensured?
Performance and reliability criteria are agreed with you during scoping. The system is tested and calibrated against these criteria before deployment, then monitored in production.
How will our teams take ownership of the system?
